prnter.sbs provides printer-related support, troubleshooting, and consultation. No hardware replacements are included unless explicitly agreed.

Call +1 (202) 438-6094. You consent to call charges and support recording for quality if you contact us.

Pricing

Fees are quoted after issue diagnosis. Estimates are not final until service agreement is signed or paid.

Liability limit

We are not liable for data loss, indirect, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is the paid service fee.

Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation requests received at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for refund minus administrative fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by US federal and District of Columbia law where applicable.
